[BUG] Mediatracker Sound To Speech

Hi !
I always wanted to know how the Sound To Speech was working in-game.
So when you go in Mediatracker, you select Sound, you have a thing you can activate call "Engine To Speech".
I guess the use of that is to make a sound being played from a ghost. But when i do that, select the ghost, it doesn't work.
The sound is not played from the ghost.
Any idea why ? Or maybe it's a bug ?
