Nadeo's next project

I hope nadeo will announce something new soon. And they need to use a big event like E3, GC, PGW. Otherwise nobody (except current SM/TM community) will care about the new game.

Hopefully they see the real potential of SM and using also the potential of TM to build completely new games with same overall ideas.

I also hope Nadeo find a good way between players and creators. ManiaScript is a very good and powerful language to build own modes. But for players, they need also to deliver a working game with longterm motivation - not only the tools to do it.

About new UI: I find sometimes elements of MP1 or MP2 UI in the game. If a new UI will be released, it should be normal to use it everywhere and to delete the old one in all parts of the game...

Maybe we will see something at PGW. If not, we have to wait at least until June 2020.

I believe it is possible that nadeo announce something after the Zerator cup held in June, because since it is now the most popular event on Trackmania now, they will have a bigger audience than the PGW one and it let more time to nadeo to work on their "new project".

This project has to be a fresh new start for nadeo, a new game for example, Maniaplanet is 8 years old and now everyone saw that it has no future...

Very disappointing indeed. You know what's worse than not having an announcement this year? That if nadeo announces something, we have to wait 0,5-1,5years until it's released. So, if Nadeo intends to reveal something in 1/2 year (spring), then we have to wait additional ~0,5-1year. As a result, we might have to wait till end 2020 or early 2021 to see something getting released... Ai ai ai.

But we can look at it from the positive perspective: If they take their time, then their next project is rich of (polished) content. I didn't play the first versions of MP4 but people complained about lot's of bugs. So they might have learned about it and take more time than expected.. to make us happy in the long-term

Yep, perhaps. Either way, I'm not going to complain about no news about their next project with all the recent Ubisoft events. Keeping my expectations low, so I can be pleasantly surprised when they do announce something
