[Suggestion] Have a bit more control on car phy

Hey,

I've been through a discussion of a big event a few ago and the concept was pretty huge but there is a lack possibilities using MS api, since the "EnableScaleCar" and "EnableCheckpointBonus" and "EnableBonusEvent" Exists, I would really love to be able to control a bit more those, for example being able to put a player in no grip from server, control his car scale, his acceleration coef but the one related to scale, being able to start kind of a bump. Having a "Entity_TriggerTurbo" or whatever to use turbo and having those would be lit af, it misses quite a few fun stuff imo for minigames.

I would also love to know if All random bonus are managed clientside or serverside, client side would mean it's dead to find a workaround but having those server side I could fin a workaround to send the user fun values ? anyway that' all for me, best wishes

Btw, Accel etc would be nice to be redifined in real time :')
