What I need is an answer!

If you don't get an answer, you should take an engineering approach and work out the answer yourself.

Start with a very small test title pack and add a few single items and small maniacredited packages of single items, each with different parameters (public = true/false, internal = true/false) and also experiment with the internalitems element.

Then see which items you can access and which you can't access.
