Soundtrack

Post by Nym »

I'd love to have again a good soundtrack in the game :D
I remember the times of TMS, the soundtracks were great and even today memories pop up as i hear them.
On the other hand i listened 2 or 3 times to the soundtrack of TMU and then shut it of :/

Would be wonderful if you'd find a soundtrack thats worth to be heared in tm² ;)

What about support for .mp3 files so that we can import our favourite music from iTunes into the game w/o having to convert it into .ogg

I also have to agree that TMS has much more memorable music (maybe it's because i like rock more?) ...The generic "ambient" sound thing (ass seen in united) allthough good, is still not quite as "punchy" as some funky wah and "song"...

Would be nice to see a varied collection of songs in the game this time around, rather that ambient sounds (aka: musak).

edit: or what about a theme selection ...rock/electonic/ambient/funky or sumin? and it themes the environments with that style too (and set the typ in editor when making tracks too).

Many artists, non-vocal music and more than 1 song/environment would be good.

I prefer the vocal, hence suggestion themed options (i don't only think of myself)

Let's try keep options for all, it's fairer that way ;)

(altenatively we all have WMP, Winamp or some other derivative)
