Autosave map

Is the a way to automatically save the map you drive online (if the server has allowed it) ?
Like now, you have to go through two menues to be able to save the map.

I've desired the same feature for some time now... I'll have to look for a suggestion thread (though I know they're not really taking them right now.)

It would be nice to hit Ctrl-Shift-S or Ctrl-M to save a map. (Ctrl-S is for saving a replay, that's why I say Ctrl-Shift-S... ) I don't think Ctrl-M is used for anything (someone correct me if I'm mistaken.) so that could be good too.

actually for replay saving S is used, not Ctrl-S.

Well, there already is a 'Save/Download Map' button in the Escape Menu, but in the sub-menu 'advanced options'.

My point is to put an option to save all unique maps you visit automatically, or as suggested above, assign a button, like M, or whatever, to save the map.

This is much easier and smoother than entering two different menues to be able to download it.

I know it's not what you want but there is already a way to play a map you've played online without saving a map: Every time you race a map online, your best try is saved as a replay. You just need to select this replay and play against it.

But it might not work in the beta.
