Payment refused

I'm having trouble purchasing Trackmania 2. I tried several times yesterday and today, and I keep getting the payment refused message. I know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with my card, as I used it earlier yesterday. I opened a support ticket yesterday and they have yet to reply. Y U NO TAKE MY MONEY!!
