can't change car skins in offline account

Hey guys!

Just tried today to play the Hot Seat-Mode but it seems like to me that all cars of the other offline accounts have the same colour. So I tried to change it but if I went to this settings it seems like there are no car skins in it.

So is there a possibility to change car skins for offline accounts too?

No, sorry it's impossible. You even can't race or build a map. That's very annoying, also for me!
