Custom skins not appearing

Good day everyone,

I have a problem that started occuring today, which is confusing me.
For some reason, custom skins/cars aren't loading anymore, not even those of my own car.
In replays however, my own skin does show up.
Yesterday and the days prior, they showed up without a problem, yet now they don't. I'm not sure what could have changed, and if there's anything I can do about it.

If anybody knows what the problem might be, I'd be grateful.

Where i can see everybody else his/her skin, it seems they can't see mine.
All i have changed are skin, details, illum and wheels diffuses. Do i have to create a pack for it first or something?

No, I don't have a locator because I'm under the assumption one is only needed for people to see my car in replays. ?.
I'm also quite sure my friends arn't using any locators either.

I know that text indeed but why do i get the question ingame when i go online with new skin for the first time, if i want to share that skin.zip. Also like i said before, i can see skins from people who don't have a locator either.

The whole game is bugged and locators are just one of the issues.
I've tried everything but seems the skins only load when TM is on a good mood. We need to wait for a patch.

It seems i've saved one or two skin files in the wrong format. After i've changed it, all works like a charm without locators or anything.
