cant log on master server

cant log on master server

its been 2 days now, unable to log onto master server (12002) thats the error that keeps showing , is the server down or has my account been hijacked ,ive tried numurous times & still the same message comes up..............help anyone...?

Please try to deactivate your firewall and antivirus and test again.
