I think that they made a new game with a new and unique handling.
At least, that's what i hope for.
I never wanted to say Nadeo COPIED the car physics from older TM Versions. I just wanted to say they are similar. I think a slightly sliding car while going High-Speed will be fun... *can't wait for release* :geek:

Just think about how Nadeo is able to change the cars driving style. They don't change physical law, but they can change the balance point, the friction caused by the wheels, steering parameters etc. So you see, that Island car got a balance point 1cm over the ground, while Desert car has it in 20m height :P
Coast car has low friction, Bay has a very high.

The more envis you have, the more cars will be similar, but in my view it doesnt matter so much, if every single stays unique.

Remember that envimixing came years after the initial game release.
TM² being a new game, i suppose it will take some time for it to be available, if it will ever be.

Why don't make it possible in the first place. Nadeo could just integrate this option after, lets say, 4 envis? :D

EDIT:

And don't forget: TM² has over !150! effects working on the car physics, so they have PLENTY opportunities to create different handlings ;)

I would love for them to handle more like Ridge Racer or OutRun 2 cars. That would rock my socks off.

From what I can see, the situation with landing bugs should improve. Let's hope I'm not wrong. :p
