Link doesn't work

The last "1" was missing, the date was wrong so I tried adding it and it worked

I just tried to generate the file as described in the first message, but I only get totally empty comments (Only Canyon installed, build 05/11/2012 19:44).
Was there a change, where is the official and actual documentation now?
