[Beta0] Can't play "offline"

It's no longer possible to play TM2 offline. In TM2, you could select your profile and abort the connection to the server, but still play TM2 (e.g. just without letting people know or mapping a little bit while being in the train).
Because of ManiaHome beeing loaded before the game is loaded you are killing all kind of "offline activities". This is a no go in my eyes, because the editor is THE "offline" feature of ManiaPlanet.
Hopefully this is only a bug and not anything intentional.
