Because TM² is a new fresh start. That's why the 2 is there. All the previous TM games are called TM1 and they are all together in TMUF.
But TM2 has nothing to do with TM1 (only that it's the same style of game and developed by the same team )
Even the publisher has changed.
Therefore it's stupid to connect TM2 and TM1 with this planet-bonus.

That's exactly the point. The difference between TM2 and all other TM parts is simply, that in TMU you were playing the same cars as in TMO/TMS/TMN. Therefore there is a relation between getting an advantage for your keys, which isn't in TM2.

Alright maybe it wasn't such a good idea..

Why should a moderator remove this topic? It did it's sense in discussing this matter and it can still be discussed, even though imy opinion stays the same

We don't remove topics unless they are spam.
Sometimes we close topics, if they have already been started before for example.
I won't close this one, as it is a often returning question, and everybody can express their opinions about it.

Still, it won't be happening, TM² is going to be a separated game, not "a new chapter".
