Now I have an idea, I think it will be up to 2 Gb.
Some people do.now really who cares, except you have a download limit
1. It won't be 8-10 gigabytes big. I guess it'll be 800MB-2GB.oiram456 wrote:i dl with 120 kb/s and if the game is around 8-10 gb big and its just able to download and not in a boxed version i need very long..^^

2. There has been a discussion about this right now.

There is a chance Nadeo might add an installer to TM², so you can pause and continue your download without losing your progress, like on Steam, then you can turn your computer off without needing to worry that the download might be stopped without being able to resume it
And even if there will be no installer, you can still save your downloading progress. There's a Firefox add-on called DownThemAll!, where you can pause your downloads and continue them again at every time. You just need to download and install that add-on, that's all
3. There won't be a boxed version, Nadeo already confirmed that. So you need to download.
This is true, however, I don't think that TM will essentially be hosting their files on a Megaupload-like filehost.wiidesire-2 wrote:smwforever45 wrote:1. It won't be 8-10 gigabytes big. the addon is only usesable when the server supports to continue downloads, for example uploaded.to and other filesharing sides dont support that ( no premium account) and on tm2 nothing is decided yet ( what we know)

If DL's the only option, it would be silly to do anything other.
Ubisoft will most likely distribute the games via Digital River. This is true, however, I don't think that TM will essentially be hosting their files on a Megaupload-like filehost.Since they've got Ubi's financial power, I'm sure they'll just allocate an official server for them, with resume capabilities.
