still geting payment refused

Hi,

the reason why you are currently getting a "Payment Refused" error is that we have run out of Beta pass keys.

We are injecting new ones in our stock as we write, so please try again in 5-10 minutes and you should be able to redeem your code.

What do you mean by " redeem the code " ?
I got the beta key free from the website, and still have the little box for the code turning into red..

In order to get a Shootmania Beta pass, you should have received via email by Nadeo a promo code to be entered on:

http://maniaplanet.gamesplanet.com/shop ... -beta-pass

Once there, just click "Download" to enter the checkout, then click 'Enter a Promotional code'.

Here you should enter your 10 digits code received by email (ex: ABC00000123), then click OK.

The price will go down to 0,00 and then you'll have to simply enter and confirm your email address to receive your Shootmania Beta pass code to be used in-game.

Hi, when i follow your steps i click on "Download" and i go to the payment page, i click on enter promotional code and then i click on "OK" next to it. The price doesn't go down to €0,00 but it just stays on €19,99.

Also the "I accept the terms and conditions" button on the bottom of the page and the "confirm your order" button disappear at the moment i press "OK" from the promotional code.

I have tried this using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

Then there may be a problem with your code.

Please contact support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com specifying the email address and the promo code you have been using. They will be able to help.

Just to answer this question; the beta key is not what they emailed you, that's a code you can use to get the download, together with a beta key. They were out of keys to give people in exchange for the codes they sent people.
