Same thing here, I got the email, followed the link in the email, clicked Download, went to the checkout screen, entered my promo code, Box turns red and the "I accept terms of agreement" box below and the continue to checkout button disappear. Seems my code is invalid and trying to continue without hitting "OK" in the promo code box only gives me a "Payment Failed" error. I sent an email to support about it, hopefully this get's worked out soon enough.

Did that, what I received.
The code they sent still shows as not valid.

I got same problem. they send me new promo code. and it's doesn't work.Can you please write the email address you used to contact the customer service?

When i entered code and press "ok". edit box turn red light, but price changed to 0.0Euro
after i entered my e-mail. and press "confirm your order. i got redirecter to main page. But don't get e-mail with beta code.
So, that's question. It's normal, due high query, or not? Will i get beta key later?
p.s. sorry for my english.
