Issues getting the beta download

Hello,

I am writing from Maniaplanet Shop support to give you some updates about the ongoing issues you may be experiencing when trying to redeem your code on our shop to obtain your Shootmania Beta Pass.

Due to the large number of users connected on the checkout page at the same time, we have been forced to put in place a waiting queue, in order to avoid overloading our servers.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and we hope to be able to progressively allow more people to enter the queue.

We ask you to bear with us as we do our best to let all of you Shootmania fans play the Beta version of this awesome game.

I cannot tell you what i dont know myself, but i highly doubt that it will affect the redeem process of our codes, its just delayed cause of problems in their end

Fair enough I'd just be a bit peeved if it turned out because of said issues we wouldn't.

Yeah but thats not the issue were having, at least not me, i am being put in the queue and making it through but then when i enter my details and code is when im getting the error stated above.... So...

Edit: Dont worry about losing ur code or not getting in beta dude, i highly doubt even if the code was somehow invalid that they woudlnt give u another as they have sent u an email of acceptance for testing...

Yeah I don't get a queue I just go straight to the shop put in the code my email and click accept and it doesn't let me continue it says payment refused.

Same problem, I guess there is no fix or answer for this happening. Oh well, at the very least I am in the same boat with other people
