So all the East Coast servers are in Quebec? If this is the case that would explain why they run horrible. Thats not even close to the East Coast and the routing from the U.S to Canada is awful. It's like that in all games. Can they not put up a legitimate server in the U.S?? Say, Chicago or Texas, so we can get a feel of what the game really feels like??? with good Latency

Horrible, horrible netcode ... I'm back from FR server where i have jumping ping 47 to 60 and it was lagy as hell something around 600 ping on any other game players jumps everywhere ... Even steady 50 mean that hitbox is ~2m behind target ... How come I can only play on Germans, France servers (there is no Polish so dunno how is there) Rest of the Europe is 200+ ping ...

It can also happens because the server has too high cpu load, or too high used bandwidth, or too low configured connection_uploadrate for many playing people (the default 2000 value is of course too low for 30+ players).

I don't say that the netcode is fully ok, i say that there can be many reasons, and that you should see how it goes on a server on which you are sure about the various parameters.

I can talk only about my server. My server hasn't to high cpu load or used bandwidth.
I think this is enough also <connection_uploadrate>50000</connection_uploadrate> :3

So my only reason is that it is the dedicated itself, but however this is an beta and so its normal that there are bugs left. i think Nadeo is working very hard to fix all bugs and things which don't work as they should.

sigh, I think in this topic I saw guy who states that he has played CoD with 50 people o the server :0010
