Horn file must be in .wav not longer than 4 seconds.
Compare sound levels your your .wav and the default.

How do you play the horn? When I hit the horn button in makes a "plunk" noise and draws a marker that my teammates can see, assume it's for spotting people in elite or battle or whatever. In non team based modes it does nothing.

You have to look into the sky, then press the horn key.

By default the horn key is CTRL.

My own sounds don't work!! I converted into wav, ogg and stuff not longer than 4secs (although it says 10secs in the menu) but anything happens...

W T F should i do?

In game - do you look straight above you, in the sky, perpendicular to the surface ? And do you press left CTRL ?
Is your horn key actually a left CTRL ?

the normal horns work, only my own do not =//

EDIT: i Know what's the problem! It is VERY IMPORTANT to make the WAV sounds mono
