ok, actually he didn´t give betakey away at that moment, but he collected the tm-logins of the players in the IRC-channel. they will be in the closed beta later (not at the beginning). ^^

I was on IRC back in the 90s when I was on a 14440 baud dialup modem.
I'm sure the people on IRC aren't the only people getting keys (if indeed they are). There's only a few people there.

Hylis didn't guarantee a beta-key for the people in the chat.
He only said, that someone should list the logins of the present persons and he will think about giving them a betakey at august. So it's already close to the end of the beta. But this he will only do, if there is enough space for some more players in the beta.

Yep indeed eyebo. It was only a very few amount of persons. Something around 30 or less. Admins and Nadeomembers still included

anyway why do he collect logins? I mean most of us connected our login to our account and our nickname is the login?

do hard work guys at the beta and improve the game , because I won't get a key I think, that we can have more fun later without bugs

again beta is not the time to play a game before other player plays it.. It's the time to finish the game ...

I also probably won't be so lucky too and won't have this key. I'm 90% sure eyebo will have it. But who knows...
