native_fsmode must be "true" - and the update will work fine.

Setting <native_fsmode> to true works, but on Linux you are usually faster by setting it to false.

Make sure the command "unzip" is available at your machine (try it at the shell).
If it's not avail, this will do the trick:

Debian apt-get install unzip
RedHat/Fedora: yum install unzip
