So if you lose speed in any way because of a bad landing, its a bug?

my opinion is that the "bugs" give the game depth and is better for competition. so i'd like to still have them there.

They're not random, just too difficult to predict exactly when they will occur. I'm sure they didn't include a random number generator somewhere in the engine. Randomness is actually quite difficult for computers you know, they are inherently without noise.
A well-made track would not have unavoidable high-risk sections with a large chance of bumps on the fastest racing line. There should be some way to avoid them with minimal loss of time. But it is always a matter of risk vs. reward, maybe it is okay to crash due to a bump 1 round if it lets you win the other 6.

It was always my impression that those were just the physics of the stadium car and I just had to live with the way it was. It never occurred to me that this might be interpreted at "bugs."

Voted yes, please fix the bugs, if they are really bugs.
Physics should not be modified if it changes dramatically the behavior of the Stadium car.

I think there is some debate about what can be considered as a "bug". If indeed everything we see in the Stadium environment was intentional, then of course there are no bugs. It was intended that way.
Whatever you want to call all those little quirks about the game, whether they were intentional or not, I actually tend to agree with Frostbeule that they are what adds depth to the game.
So I voted no. Don't remove them.

OMG even more useless-stadium-yes-no-discussions. It just silenced out and now it starts all over again.
