Obviously. I've never uninstalled the game, the account was always there with saved password. It just doesn't work and they are not answering any more. It's np, i've accepted it already. It's not like i haven't had my good share of playtime with this game. But what happened is simply wrong. When you disable someone's access to the game, you could at least have the common sense to inform him of why such a step was taken.

Why do i need to go through so much troubles just to find out why this happened? Just add a notice to the said account, when the individual tries to connect he should be informed of the status for that account!

Had the same problem and after something like 10 exchanges with the support they eventually told me that my key expired. And indeed, it happened one year after I got it with the purchase of an I5 processor.

I'm still searching but so far I can find any trace of an expiration date in the docs I have.

If you had your key with an I5 processor promotion, your key was activated for one year. Normally you should have received an email from nadeo informing you that your account is going to expire. The promotion should specify that the validity of your key was only for one year, this would be less confusing.
