[Fixed] [B2.0] Railgun lags

Ok, now i've more informations

Some servers seems more stable than others (for me):
- Schisch by DNW
- PyRoGEN ikoula
- An other ffa one

On those servers I can shoot with railgun without having big freezes, just a +150ms but no really disturbing

the multiples others that i've tried are horrible! :(
-> railgun shots (without TS) -> 300ms + freezes + weird moves + no instant reload when +0 ...




All tests were done during Warmup time dont know yet if its gonna be more terrible when playing

This is a valid point but considering this only started happening post Beta 2 update something has to be wrong on Nadeo's side don't you agree? Probably they tweaked some values on the game's netcode while adjusting the rocket deny and now we lag everytime we shoot a rail?

Yes, I agree for sure, they have modified some netcode, and such a lag makes the game unplayable.
But what if they didn't change anything in the shoot related code, and it is only a side effect?
Only Nadeo developpers can really tell, let's hope they find out soon :thumbsup:

Other informations,

any server (schisch / pyro / ...) when theres more than 3 players,
railgun shot -> 400ms for 2sec, big freezes, weird moves, ....

its really annoying :;((((((

so the more players the more the lag, right? :oops:
You can be sure that Nadeo will try to fix this, since it destroys the fluidity of the gameplay.

I tested only on Elite mod and the result is:

when i'm alone or with 1 person:
- some servers are good : 50ms normal, 150ms when shots but no big freezes
- the other servers (95%): 50ms normal, 200ms when shots with 1sec weird moves

when more players
- Any servers: 50ms normal, 400ms when shots with 2,3 sec freezes, weird moves, no instant reload when +0, invisible rockets in the face, ...

Its basicaly this with some chances depends on servers, players, ... (sometimes its good for 10/20sec on an attack round)


I'm bored to try to figure this out myself, so many things depends and change my ping ingame when railgun, to sume up my research:
- Railgun only
- Vocal talks
- Localisation of the server
- Number of players

If any member of the staff wants me to do something or have more informations to fix it asap just answer

Let's hope Nadeo comes up with a fix fast because this is game breaking in all aspects. Major kudos to hybr1d for submitting logs and trying out different things to figure out what causes this massive lag.
