The problem comes was in the datacenter not the master server.

Datacenter == room where are the servers (including Power, Climatisation, network, servers, ...)
Master Server == a computer (virtual or physical) that manage the others

Farfa only wants to communicate more efficiently with us (including you and other readers), so please, don't blame him

The main is that they know how it occured and how to prevent from it

it would be awesome if the server get listed again without restart becouse i have that issue with some of my tmnf server too and i cant see in the logs why they disappear, so they are invisible for days but still run, so i think it would make since to add that function to TMN,TMF and ManiaPlanet dedicated server.

Its an old bug indeed that after a while, (mostly 30+ days) a dedicated server has to be reconnected with the masterserver. We had to reboot our TMNF server each month to be sure it was still shown on the list and we still do that with our MP2 servers.

i know that bug and do the same but 2 of my servers disappear after 6-20 days and always the same servers the other servers runs without that for 30 days and gets restarted

I dont have this problem. Sometimes I restart the servers after 3 months and more. But they are alway shown.

At the event I spoke of above. All my servers was shown but most players couldn't connect. Which is odd but probably caused by client being denied by maniaplanet network somehow. This gives a hint about masterserver not picking up servers that already are running in a proper way.
To say "just restart the server" is a bit off a cop out since you might very well be oblivious to the situation. You might see the servers and be able to connect to them. Why would you restart them then?

Mine was offline aswell.

the problem is not when I am able to restart,
the problem is when I am not able to restart, bcs of what ever.
