Indeed it can be an issue linked to the windows firewall. Did you try to deactivate it?

I reinstalled the game and still does not update... Please help or just give me the link where i can download full update.

Yes, i reinstalled the game from here. TrackMania Canyon wont extract and Minimal works, but dosen't update the game.

You could upload it to a DropBox account or another useful cloud storage and link it here or send me or Alinoa the link in a PM.
