Reorganization of the forum completed

There are extensions for that (ie: https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=1637795).

We don't like to use MOD on this forum, because it begin hard to maintain the forum (for example it's not easy to update the ManiaPlanet because of our MODs already, we'll not add more MODs.
Moreover we'll maybe change the forum engine (not 100% sure yet), so it's not usefull to add MODs if we'll change the engine few months after.

maniazones and other places should stay as they are and live as long as Forever does I suppose.

For maniaplanet, there is this place for the moment. We are designing something we call Agora here in the perspective to make some sort of maniazones forum but in a special way. It would be less efficient than the forums before but maybe more powerful on the long run.

Any way a nice and clear update made by Nadeo...

Suggestions now don't have their own dedicated sections? Why? I think they should. Otherwise it's great, congratulations .

^ this. I only had one suggestion so I was looking for the suggestions-part, but couldn't find it.

Anyways, throwing it in here while I'm at it. Make the chat ingame disappear after x number of seconds without there being anything said (you can still bring it up using C) and make the 'player has left the server' appear in chat only, not on the left side of the screen above the chat-part.

Hello everyone,

As mentionned yesterday, the ManiaPlanet forum has been reorganized. As you may see now, many subforums have been moved or deleted.

For instance, the tools (including the MediaTracker, ManiaScript and ManiaLink english forums) have been moved into the "Creation & Development Tools" here: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewforum.php?f=39

French and German users can now see that these forums (MediaTracker and ManiaScript) have been deleted (the threads have been merged into their parent forum. Please now use the forums located into the Creation & Development Tools for these topics in english please or post in your language in your language-title forum).
Given that the ManiaScript and the MediaTracker are more cross-titles than the Map Editor, is a good way to share your knowledge with all the ManiaPlanet community at the same place

TM1 forum was locked for read only, since there wasn't much activity anyways.
There are a few other forums outside of ManiaPlanet that still deal with TM1.

TM1 forum is at the bottom of the forums. It is "archived" and we are encouraged to use TM-forum.com for TM1 stuff.
I still haven't found TM2 Suggestions though. ^_^

For the suggestions forums, we prefer that players write their "suggestions" by themself instead of to be encouraged by us with these sections

It's a good idea since people seem to write their suggestions in other parts of the forum anyway.
