d.m.f.: Royal is a separate title with its own ladder points and its own ranking.

masleyko: the only thing that changed for tm2 is that now there's continental ranking between world and the country level. And ladder servers still have the same limits I think, though from what Hylis said, maybe the servers can decide the lower limit themselves. All I really know on that is that I was unable to join the ssm siege 80k server with 35k ladderpoints.

I'm not really sure where to put this question, so ill just ask it here.

I've seen to be capped at 10k ladder points now, is that a bug or what's the deal?
I've seen people with up to 15k points ingame.

Thanks

beginner servers are capped to 10k ladder points, you may want to join another server to reach a higher ranking (LP cap is shown on the right hand side of the server browser)

on Oceania elite rankings we have 2 foreigners taking up rank 1 and 2

They are definitely not from Oceania, anyway to get rid of them?

Thanks for the PM TMarc,

I'm a big fan of the Author Medal. The first Author Medal I received surprised me and touched my heart. I thought 'How neat is that!' and felt included in the Nadeo community. Now, I love tracking down the Author Medals on the official tracks & then looking for clues to a better score.

That brings me to another question I've had for years and it is this: What is the basic formula for the Skill Points we all play for. How is it they go from 10s->100s->1000s->10,000s->millions & billions? There are also small fluctuations at every login.

I've thought that it could be based on the # of ppl below your score or perhaps there is a tier formula. What is the basic formula for the Skill Point system?

TMarc suggested bring this up here as he's no idea. If someone knows thanks for sharing.

Hey,

as far as I know its calculated like this:

Every player who uploads a replay in solo mode adds +100SP to the track, so if a track has 1000 times, the 1st gets 100.000 SP. the second 50.000 SP, the 3rd 25.000 SP. It always half the SP.

But I am not 100% sure, so please correct me if I'm wrong

Formula is ((n - p) * 100) / p where n is the number of official times on the track and p the rank ;)
