Could you double check that you don't have any antivirus/firewall/program that block the connection to the XMPP server ?

It's using the port 5222.

Already said. Firewall offline, no antivirus atm..
In same computer with another account it works. With mine not

Indeed some accounts are in a weird state where they can not connect.
