The problem is that the private servers are usually too high-ranked, so it can be difficult for players who just got out of the beginner status to progress.
There should be some mid-range servers, or at least less advertising of the beginner servers for non-beginners. If all the non-beginners would gather on a small group of “normal†servers, it would be much easier to find one with a similar ranking.
