Just to be sure, did you ask someone to join your server? You can get the Nat message whereas everything is fine from your side. Actually this message explains you that you have to well configure your router out, so this is more a warning than an error message.

yes I did and he couldn't log into my game. he gets the same nat error too. we both bought canyon at the same time, so we are both new at this

What is your antivirus?
Can you please try to restart your router and configure it out again?
