Yeah, I hope with the next release both camera 2 variations will be kept. To be honest I liked the old cam2 better, but after getting used to the new cam2 I don't want to "learn" playing with the old cam again :P

I also liked the new cam 2 , I also would have prefered having both camera options. But nobody did listen to me. I also mentioned this very often; if you're getting used to new things, you won't miss the old! Do not blame game techniques for yourself beeing worse in a game.

I hope this is a lesson for some of you. You brag about things that are new and don't even bother to try getting used to it. Instead, you are insulting the developers of a game, you really used to like. I don't understand how you can call them "cunts" or whatever.. but you; you are safe behind your computer, you are the master of a game still in development. Have you ever thought about making polls about your opinions before the "shitstorm" arrives? Have you ever thought about beeing nice to the people who want to make a game for YOU? They listen to your feedback, unlike (all) other game developers (don't know other example-devs).

Have you ever thought, that there are real people behind this game, who can get really depressed if you always want them to do things and they result in not fitting your expectations?


Seriously, some people around here would make me really sick, if I would work at Nadeo. It's like getting invited and welcomed friendly, but you complain about their shoes.

That's my mustard to the late hour.

insulting Nadeo by mistake - Nadeo admin was polite, I would have banned xD

makes sense peeps who hated the new got used to it and now <3?

unless there is a tech\admin reason why not both cams should be added, pls

Soon people will ask for a free positionable camera that always relatively stays at the same place, with or without situation depending modifications, hmm? :roflol:

It is already a luxury that there are 3 different cameras.
Real drivers only have one view, and even this is very restricted due to the helmet and the crash protection in case of closed cars. ;)

I've played for nearly 200 hours so this camera change really ruined my morning :|
Could I please get a yes or no answer if we will be seeing that camera 2 again?

Yes , just keep both so players can choose for them self.

Already heard that a bunch of players left cause of that .....

Quit anoying , all those changing. ok it's still beta but ...

I don't really care about the camera distance, but it's very annoying that after a loop or wall ride when the cam switches back from the 1st person view to 3rd person it's in a bad angle for a moment and then it very quickly changes back to normal, its basically shaking the whole view, if the road is not straight I usually crash because of that.
This is the only issue that keeps my from preordering the game already, please fix.

This is, if i am not completely mistaken, not a bug in the game itself, but a result of serverhosters/trackbuilders who simply ports "old" TMF-tracks onto their servers without re-mapping the camera-loop.

There will ofcourse be a "transition-period" where differences in the old and the new game needs to adapt.

You will for sure not experience this on tracks built for TM2, from the ground up in TM2.

Search the forum and you will see numerous topics on this matter, it is not a bug or fawlt in the game.
