Canyon Keybindings reset after SM update

If I'm annoyed "don't play it". What a pointless and obtuse thing to say. Worse than the if you don't like a track leave the server shout. I'll say it again slowly, I haven't got shootmania, I don't want shootmania. So to tell me not to play it is completely irrelevant because I can't play it!!!

The compulsory update I downloaded the other day completely reset all of my key bindings and joypad settings in Trackmania 2 Canyon. I just downloaded the compulsory shootmania update on my laptop and lo and behold I have to reassign all of the keybindings and joypad settings again on that. No doubt my newly reassigned keybindings and joypad settings will be shortlived.

I'm all for a bit of fun but I think this is a serious issue. Why is a game I haven't got interfering with the games I do? It's not acceptable and very frustrating. Thanks for constructive input

it´s not beta anymore, I think you got used to say that and just forgot it was already launched

Well beta or not, they are still working on everything. You can still expect the unexpected and (hopefully) a LOT of updates. And if you can't (learn to) live with it you're gonna have some more bad times.

Every time an update happens my settings are changed. It's really annoying going in and resetting everything over and over after these updates. Especially my key bindings and player inputs. I'm absolutely sick of redoing them time and again. Furthermore I haven't even got shootmania so why do I need to update it????

Seriously like why do I have to download shootmania updates? TMUF has been close to unplayable all week with weird bugs and odd driving physics as well. I'm really annoyed I tell ya and something needs to be done about all this madness. I just wana drive a car around a few tracks like not download shootmania updates and redo my keybindings twice a month.

Anything to do with SM (or QM for that matter) is a pain in the butt for people who have no interest what-so-ever in playing that genre of game!!
