Unfortunately it looks like I'm not able to host combo because I don't have a server with mysql/ssh access

you can start a combo server without a lobby

Where would one locate the settings for a matchsettings file for combo? This is what stumped me and the only thing I can find is this post about starting a lobby. Only reason I was able to start an Elite server is because somebody posted their file that I was able to edit.

the easiest way to go is creating an ingame match and saving the configuration before hitting "Start match" (or whatever it's called)
