Do what he says, download the newest version, because that is open to others, royal and elite,
at least what I presume it to be, available for first time users, and reinstall the Canyon title.

Okay, so I completely reinstalled the game. That didn't solve anything, so I'm goint to send a PM to Alinoa now. Thanks for your help.

Okay, so Alinoa isn't responding. His/her forum profile shows he/she hasn't been online since the 16th of April. I'm not sure what support channel to use next. Suggestions?

Only players having created an open beta account before the 10th April have still access to Royal and Elite.
Inquish had a one month closed beta key and he succeeded to play on ShootMania storm for two days because we haven't yet deactivated the one month keys. Most of closed beta keys are deactivated and all closed beta keys should be deactivated soon.

Only in the short term, as trial accounts will be open again at some point.
