do you know why accounts created within an existing installation can't play the game?

If you don't provide a separate key they don't have access to online modes,
so you can use them only for local play, e.g. for hotseat or split-screen with your friends.
Hoewever a friend with a valid and registered account should be able to login from your PC and play online then as well.
Or do you mean something else?

watch the video that GLUK posted, you can't even open any title because they aren't added/addable to any station

2. the movie is in Russian, and even with some knowledge I have, I can't read properly as he is moving around much to fast. general hint: as switching to English UI is very easy in the Launcher, if you want help, please show English screens or movies, and slow down the actions, thanks
