There's no point of getting offline servers anyway. You'll basically know its login and zone, nothing else useful ^^

I've added the support for refresh token in the API. Since it's quite experimental for now, refresh token may be deleted at any moment.
You have to ask for the 'offline' scope.
Use latest svn version for compatible SDK.
