I had an Ati Radeon HD 4850 512 MB and I had everything on maximum ( except anti-alliasing on "none" and Anisotropic Filtering on "x8" ) and my textures were a bit blurry...If I setted the shadder quality on fast or very fast the textures were not blurry anymore but it was depending on the track.
Anyway! Now I upgraded to an Ati Radeon HD 7870 LE 2GB and with everything MAXED OUT the gameplay is really smooth ( 60 FPS+ ) on all 4 games ( Canyon, Stadium, Valley, Shootmania )
It is funny though that on TM Nations Forever on Multiplayer ( with everything maxed out ) the FPS can drop to 25-30 at some points! xD ( but it always depends on how many cars there are on the track )
TM2 is smoother on multiplayer when there are 100 cars than when there are 20 on TMN(U)! xD I'm just saying....

Still happy with my AMD 7850. Not the fastest but handles nicely both Maniaplanet and CS6 simultaneously.
