aah. I forgot to include the items with the dedicated.
I suppose if you copy them from the client TMValley_extras.zip
to UserData/Items it will work?
(you'll find it in C:/ProgramData/Maniaplanet/PacksCache)

I can't verify it fixes the issue, I'll look into it later.

Edit: Okay, server skipped map again. I think I probably need to restart server to let it see the items. I'll do that when there are less players.

Confirmed. The quick fix of moving the items didn't work.
Already a few maps fail to load because of it.

Here I added the missing items to the data pack.
You can replace it in the GameData/ folder.

(And I'll update the zip file in a moment as well, just waiting a bit to see if I can include some more fixes.)
