+1. As an avid screenshot maker i would love to have that option. Rain drops on cars *_____*.

I do like the 'weather mods' but would prefer it not to alter the handling. Anyone remember some of the great mods on TM1 that seem to have got lost. I remember servers that actually did have rain ... and lightning ... and one server (Slaughterhouse) even had explosions
