By taking part into the VIP access contest and it open to all players having an Elite account (purchasing or free accounts).

Only 3... IMHO that is only enough to be annoying and not enough to get people hooked on the game. I understand having a limit on a "Demo", but the limit should be high enough that they are hooked on the game before kicking them out. I think it would be better to give them more matches, especially the first few days of their demo and possibly throttle it back after a few days or weeks. That way they have time to learn the game and setup their configs. Then start reminding them that it is a Demo and that they should buy it. Kinda like a marriage after the initial honeymoon period your have to work a little harder(in this case, pay) to get your game one .

100% agree with this. the 15 initial matches is a good idea also. but something like 5 matches a day would probably be more reasonable. either way its a great initiative from nadeo and i think shows a lot of promise.

So, I would like to suggest that you ( Nadeo ) pick some of the most important questions and include them in the blog-article, such as a ''FAQ''. It would ensure that new-comers would be entirely informed about this demo and they do not raise questions like 'What is the vip-access?'. When a new-comer has a couple of question and is quite confused about what he is reading, he is bad-tempered and close the site of the blog-article and won't join the demo.

To conclude, more information ( for example adding recently asked question from people here in the topic, such as ''What is the vip-access?'' ) in the blog-article would be very helpful for new-comers.
