Nadeo should know when Ubisoft is going to post messages like that, and Nadeo should know Ubisoft is doing stuff like that to promote TM2.

And offtopic, I think Nadeo made a mistake to lett the free players into the beta 1 and 2. Why not only United players, they have paid.
Less abundant probably. Only 25% of the player base owns united.

Ah, now I understand, at first I was sure that the quotation from Hylis was something written by Hylis before these reactions, not sure why though ^^ but I feel stupid for laughing after getting the joke explained xD
But I respect Hylis' choice, getting too much information too early might not be very good, but then again, not too much was spoiled this time =)

Still Hylis or Nadeo can shout what ever they want. It's Ubisoft that is pulling the strings...

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
So eh.. if you read between the lines it seems like a joint venture rather than a takeover. Kinda like nVidia with eswc i think.
So to answer in short: nope, i don't think ubisoft is pulling the strings.

I hope you meant the people who didnt buy the game, rather than people who prefer stadium over the united crappy enviros but own the game.. which unfortunately is what canyon is based on so it will be a fail
