I never spawnkilled anyone. I played defensive and stayed at the pole and I NEVER rushed like a --. (or glitched to get a better spot like you said). "trolling", give me some examples, ty.
When , i said to this player stop glitch ! he continues .
I kicked him , he comes back and you said : " yeah i'm bakc".
he glitch again .
I kickedhim , he comes back again : " yeah i'm always here"
...

That's what i call a troll , glitch ...
After lot of kick i blacklisted him .

This guys was you , you'r account , you'r login ... I think it's hard to explain this no ?
I guess I'll wait for a post of a moderator and one more question godo:
did you talk to a moderator (nadeo) before your posts?
Like i said , Alinoa know that , she will see .

fight of two jerks, so fun to read. one doesn't follow simple rules to satisfy his need for attention, another is too lazy to make this rule unnecessary.

For starters I've never seen Godo ban/kick someone who didn't deserve it and I've been playing lots of siege. I don't say this has never happened since I can't know that, but he's not as ban/kick-happy as some people have said.

Now to the topic. I do think that it's a bit harsh to permaban someone who isn't cheating or doing something that are breaking the rules in a way that can REALLY offend people. Continuously breaking "glitch"/spawnkill rules should be punishable by a weeks ban at most. Permanently banning someone for doing this is like giving a guy, who stole a candy bar at 3 different occasions, a death penalty. Putting him on the blacklist for doing these harmless things makes him equal to a aimboter.

I'd agree "glitching" and spawnkilling is not fun for anyone. What I've gathered from playing with sleepwalker is that he do in fact "glitch" sometimes, but since this only happens occasionally it's no reason for the ban in question.

With this said I think that sleepwalker should keep his trolling to a non-"glitching" trolling and that the ban should be lifted.

PS. I have no information on however the ban is permanent or not since it's not been given. But from what I've gathered from the thread it is permanent or at least a really long time and I'll treat is as such.

sleepwalker wrote: mute me then? edit the maps yourself and add a blackscreen? open a ccf map and save the blackscreen clip and add it to the old maps if you dont know how to do it? that's it. upload the new version on mx, add the map on the server and remove the map on mx.
not that hard i guess
So now you stop to say you didn"t do that , and you want to say it's my fault ? or the fault of the map on the server ?
It's fun to read this , thanks .
You know the rules , why you don"t respect them like all ? And why that troll ?

I like to see how it's never the fault of the player who is banned , always the admin fault ^^

So now i stop to talk, i let the decision to Alinoa .
another is too lazy to make this rule unnecessary.
It's not so easy .

Some map are protected by a PWD , we have to remake all the map , no so easy without the map .
I work on nadeo map to make an balckscreen clip , but i have a life , and that can take lot of time , and we have ther work to do for the server ( bug ... ) , other thing todo in real life .

But for the moment thereis this rule , it's not easy for a player to respec it , it's more easy than remake a map ...
For starters I've never seen Godo ban/kick someone who didn't deserve it and I've been playing lots of siege.
Thanks

Peace.

In fact that it's a 100k server the admins have to respect the official rules. If Sleepwalker didn't break a rule to justify a ban (racial or sexual content) it's a fault of the admins.
Now it's the job of SSM to unban him on the 100k server or it's time for NADEO to show some power and punish the Admins.
If there are rules, EVERYONE has to respect them... thats how i define rules.

Maybe every admin on a 100k server should have to take a screenshot with the reason of banning. That would prevent problems like this.

^^ - you don't say

This is not a 'problem' just in shootmania - this excist since the beginning of 100k in general (as far as I know). I have atm 2 (favorite) 100k servers in TMF, which 'ignore' a little bit the 'official' rules. I got for 2-3 weeks a list of screens where poeple got kicked from admins or 'servercrashes' from a server, which is in my opinion very useless during roc, even the admins of the servers need an intellectual age to can host a RoC server - I'm just talk about TMF.

If there are some active laddermods in Maniaplanet, It could be nice to list them (here) and to contact them with links from your screenshots/Photos etc. and they will handle this 'problem'.

I read all the post don't worry .

But if you read the rules it's written for racial or sexual content ect ... , so that mean , we can ban player for good reason . And i think a player who doesn't respect the rules of the server , after something like 10 warn ans 10 kick , and kill the gameplay for the other player can be ban .

Now if he is ban, it's not my fault , he has lot of chance to stop ans stay on our serv , he doesn't take it ... Next time , i hope he will be more smart .

Peace .

The rules are done to help players to play together in a friendly way.
When we say that servers admins can only ban for legal reasons, we refer to the following ones:
racist Names or Comments, vulgar Names, excessive Swearing, harassment, spam, heavy Sexual Content, employee or moderator impersonation, game cheats/exploits.
Of course the first step is to warn players and then banning them from the server and ask for a ban from the game if they keep on violating rules.

Now some servers admins ask players to respect more rules (they don't allow the spawnkill, the rush to the pole or the glitch for example) to have a better and fairer game experience. Their aim is to not to annoy players for sure.
As these rules are here for giving a better game experience, servers admins can kick players if they don't respect them. Server admins spend many time on their server and their interest is not to have empty servers but to offer a place where most players are happy to come ;)
