The third car is shooting missles to the yellow one

Dude, it's TRON meets Trackmania! I'm kidding of course--but who knows, maybe it is? Maybe Flynn has found a way to link The Grid to the Maniaplanet, and Clu is back, wanting to take over these worlds and expand his influence over millions of users and maps?

Creative ideas! But almost nothing yet has come close to the real plot yet

To the first pic:
I guess these two guys on the first pic are brothers because they have nearly the same appearance except of the glow. They might be on a mission; the situation is very hectic so they are trying to get everything out of their cars. These two guys would like to prevent a bad act of the villain. Thus, they would like to catch him before he causes something bad. Maybe they would like to rescue their third guy (from the villain?), perhaps their brother (or their sister?)?
Second pic:
I am 99% sure that the villain is a shootmania guy. The villain would like to prevent the car of doing something, something like a 'rescue-mission'. Perhaps the villain holds someone captive, maybe one friend of the two guys? Maybe the love of one of those 2 guys?

I would have said the same, but unfortunately no.

The bad guys are another TRIO -- of shootmania peoples!

The bad guy is blind and doesn't notice that he is standing in water.
