Is there a difference between the Latest and the normal download?

From the HTTP headers:

while the 2014-07-04 file has:

Last-Modified: Fri, 04 Jul 2014 12:19:54 GMT
Content-Length: 590103186

So no, get the dated file, as the 'latest'... isn't.

I uploaded a small update to the server:

and I updated the _latest version as well!

I updated earlier today, how urgent should I worry about the new one?

Strange but small update doesn't fix my problem :/

The delta includes many more files than just the changed ones, which are:

./ManiaPlanetServer
./ManiaPlanetServer.exe
./UserData/Packs/Combo.Title.Pack.Gbx
./UserData/Packs/Elite.Title.Pack.Gbx
./UserData/Packs/Heroes.Title.Pack.Gbx
./UserData/Scripts/Modes/ShootMania/ModeMatchmaking.Script.txt
