Can i download the old valley textures?

They used the same textures before, as nowadays, it's only the picture quality that gives the feeling of seeing other textures.

Light banners can still be feasible as well.

normally id agree with this but the textures in that picture have a distinct red tone... while in the final game they're a much cooler color tone. but the picture itself isnt really clear enough to really say anything for sure.

and no you can't download them, unless somebody makes a "alpha textures" mod for the editor...

I don't like the red version of the ramp really. The thing we have looks a lot better imo.

Also, don't take everything you see as a final product. Games are under development and some things have to be changed due to improvements and further developments in the process. That's why earlier leaks and trailers usually show differences to the final game
