I just had two good matches with Smurfs, but sometimes the lobby send only 5 players. We will try to look at issues asap, while more and more can learn the rules (don't run without HUD ^^)

For map pool, it requires multilap and Cerovan can put some maps for you, if they are easy enough.
It has been made easier to host lobbies, and maybe there will be a way to have more lobby with the map pool you seek.

My little report :D
- Clicking on the "Spectator" button in the "Echap" menu put me in spectator but i'm always declared as "Ready" on the right sidebar
- Need to press F6 to be "Unready", no button for that.
- You should configure a button when pressing on it, display the rules because nobody knows / reads the rules (me too :mrgreen: ). They are not displayed enough ;)

Otherwise this gamemode is fun but players don't know the rules :?

Could it I replace in mod?
I need this script to TM2 UF :)

That's not style "321go", but is style "quad" (in manialink or maniascript) :lol:

There's only one problem :
The rules are "hide" and nobody reads them

I think they can be on the loading screen ..

EDIT : You can create a discussion where people can ask for adding their maps on the server

This gamemode is so fun :3
The horn is now indispensable for TrackMania and this gamemode to alert your team that you are coming :lol:

I agree. Having the rules in the loading screen would be a great thing but not only for Team chase :)

It's very funny and also very challenging. :clap: :thumbsup:

The basic rule explained a bit more:

1. at the very start, everyone drives away as fast as they can to the first CP
2. after the first CP, the last one of each team will be displayed, to this team only. Let's say it was player A.
3. Now Player A needs to pass the next CP first this time, followed by players B and C (no order needed here) of his own team (red or blue)
4. Assume C passed the CP last. Now C is the first to pass the next CP.
5. and so on... until one team makes an error, or the first team finishes the map (or the rounds).

The player who has passed the next CP first needs to slow down a little, just to see the others passing, especially the player who is shown as next.

This display is big at first, and then the player name is shown relatively small at the top of the screen.
It could be preferable to have it at the bottom, just above the speed display, or above the chat.

Bugs & things to improve:
- Rematch is not working, regardless if we chose yes or no at the end
- Number of maps on the testserver (? one of the testservers) was just two: C05 and another.
- maps for chase really need respawnable CP everywhere (just in case the players stopped before them)
- if one player aborts prematurely, there is no choice to continune the match with two players only.
the system tries to wait for a matching player, but that's not good here, because the wait can be very long.
The remaining players should be allowed to continue (unless it is only 1 player left for a team),
or there should be a vote "cancel match and return to lobby?".
