Ah ok. You have to understand that the menu is dynamic, this means its contents are loaded from the master servers.
Therefore I think your firewalls or anti-virus software or Microsoft Defender have blocked ManiaPlanet.

Or you are using an application like Skype, Mumble, XFire, possibly TeamSpeak or any other "online" applications, which by error use the same ports as ManiaPlanet.
And this usually prevents the proper menu display.

Restart your PC. Don't start any application yourself, wait until there is no harddisk activity.
Open a cmd window, and execute the following command:
netstat -na
Check if any of the following ports is in use: 2350, 3450, 5000
Or post the console dump here.

I restarted my PC, waited like 5 minutes and typed in the cmd window netstat -na.

Kein Problem für mich

Ok, this shows that at this time, no application is using ports ManiaPlanet also uses.
If maniaPlanet is not working if you start it here,
then this means that one of the following is actively blocking ManiaPlanet:
- Windows Firewall
- Antivirus
- Internet "Security" Suite
- Microsoft Defender or similar

Please check each of the above, if you have it, and if ManiaPlanet is blocked there.

What you could also try: uninstall ManiaPlanet, and install new, using Adiminstrator rights, from a fresh download from your ManiaPlanet Player page.

And how if the programs are bloging MP?

That means the problem is because MP or my PC

Go to the start menu, execute, and type in the search bar "Defender", and you should see a search result "Windows Defender".
Try to launch it.
I have disabled it, because I have another antivirus software, therefore I cannot tell you exactly what you have to do now.
In Defender, try to find where ManiaPlanet is, and if it is blocked. Remove the block.
ManiaPlanet must be allowed to use TCP and UDP on all ports (no restriction here) for all outgoing connections, and on the ports 2350 & 3450 (default ManiaPlanet ports) for incoming connections.

The thing is:
- ManiaPlanet accesses the master server using internet browser technology, to display the menus
- ManiaPlanet modifies itself its executable, if there is an update
for any kind of security application, ManiaPlanet behaves as a virus or malware, as long as you don't tell your security application to see ManiaPlanet as exception.
