This is going to sound REALLY weird, but, it just kinda stopped doing it. It happened after I downloaded the Formula 1 Titlepack, and restarted the game.



Perhaps it was deleting that folder you mentioned, though that would be weird since the first restart after deleting it didn't fix it. Oh well, something you mentioned worked! Thank you so much!

For a long time I have a problem with displaying graphics in tm2.
Probably after the last update to the game occurred with me on the title screen, strange streaks covering their card. I can not make any changes to the settings, because everything incredibly shines.
I tried to change the graphics card drivers but nothing helped. Has anyone had a similar problem?

It's probably the bloom effect. Check your video settings in the launcher application.
If it doesnt work here, please delete the settings file System.Default.SystemConfig.gbx, it will be created aigain automatically with default settings.

and regarding the strange effect, probably some settings of the video driver don't match properly to Maniaplanet.
Check the video driver for game specific settings, and where you can, set to "controlled by application", or double check with the Maniaplanet launcher settings.
